While water levels are so low this summer, some anglers are still "filling it in" while risking the health of fish and other wildlife on the pools. Too much bait can cause oxygen crashes, algae blooms, and there is a higher risk of Cyanobacteria outbreaks. For now, Telford Angling Association has stopped spombs and spods beimg used for mass baiting of anglers swims.
