UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - NO SPOMB OR SPODING ALLOWED ON ALL TAA WATERS.

Due to the water levels being so low and at a critical level on many of the pools, the introduction of bait via spombs and spods is not allowed until water levels are back to normal levels.
TAA are taking regular dissolved oxygen tests and as the water levels drop, the Nitrate and Phosphate levels rise in number due to less dilution within the amount of water.
We didn't want to have to do this, but with some folks putting in far too much bait and having a "catch at all costs" over the health of fish attitude, both concerned anglers and the Bailiff team have asked for this restriction. Obviously, having faith that our anglers will do the right thing and limit their bait introduction to our waters has been very misjudged. What a shame!
Again, this is in place until we feel the pools are again able to process the fish waste and any uneaten, and rotting bait.
No further discussion needed, this has been made to protect our stock.
