Kids and Summer Holiday Fishing 2025.

*** NOTICE ***

Now it's the summer holidays, and kids are finding new things to do to distract them, please note that any under 16s must have a responsible adult with them at all times when they go fishing.

Any who cannot prove their age, or are under age will be asked to leave our waters if they're not with an adult.

TAA will also not tolerate groups of youngsters causing a nuisance or not respecting our waters and other members. Again, our Bailiffs will step in and ask them to leave our waters.

We want fishing to be for all, and yes, many of us went fishing younger than 16 and never caused an issue etc, but that was then, and these rules are handed down to us from the council and therefore cannot be altered.
