Website Issues. Apologies For The Inconvenience.

We have had a few emails from folks having had some issues with our website when it comes to purchasing their memberships.

We hope that the issue has been resolved now and everything should be working as it should.

TAA apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

PLEASE NOTE:

When you buy a membership, you create an account on the website (a log-in for your personal space where you can see all of the information about yourself, what you have purchased and chat to other members if you so chose to do so). This means that your membership is linked to YOU.

If you are buying a membership for another person (this includes juniors), please use that other person's email address, or one that is available to use for them.

If you use your own email address to purchase another persons licence, all will come with the name of the account holder or the name of the last person you bought for. Remember, your account is your own. Using your own account is not easier for you in this regard, and not for TAA either, as you will then have to wait for replacements to be made manually and all of us who run TAA are volunteers and have lives outside of the association.
